We recently attended the 50th Annual Meeting of the European Association for the Study of Diabetes which was held in beautiful Vienna. Sophie and Kate were thrilled to meet many of the current and past students as well as some of our wonderful tutors. We had a very busy few days, with many enquiries about our new, restructured Diploma. There was a sense of excitement when we informed potential students that they will be able to choose their own path to a Diploma, choosing any of our optional modules to suit their interests and specialty.
In addition, the MSc was very popular too and the news that we might be able to open this up to graduates from other Universities seemed very welcome.
In summary, the EASD was a very positive experience and we're already loking forward to Stockholm in 2015!
