Postgraduate Diploma in Diabetes

Established in 2007, the Postgraduate Diploma in Diabetes (PGDD) is a part-time, distance learning course, based on the International Diabetes Federation curriculum.

The principle aim of the PGDD is to provide high-quality diabetes education for doctors with a specialist interest in diabetes. This 2-year course is delivered online by internationally renowned experts who have extensive knowledge of diabetes, diabetic complications and related topics. Throughout the course, students are encouraged to actively participate in the online activities and to demonstrate their critical thinking and clinical understanding.

The PGDD provides a recognised university based qualification, using up-to-date teaching and assessment methods and gives access to diabetes education for doctors all over the world.
